Audrey Rosaria Palma, Owner (She/her)

Audrey Rosaria Palma is a Troy-based stylist emanating an off-beat style and a nonconformist perspective. Previous salon experiences led her to embrace natural hair textures, curly hair and easy-to-manage styles. Trained at the Paul Mitchell School in Schenectady in 2010 and shortly after going on to work as an educator for Kemon, Audrey believes learning never ends—that hair is an ever evolving medium. Fortunately her career has lead her to focus on non toxic hair color, highly experience in the art of blending henna.

You’ll find Audrey with her pup Shadow, gardening and starting some new project. Audrey enjoys time spent with company. Experimenting with essential oils, crafting natural perfumes, traveling and learning about world cultures are many of Audrey’s interests. 

Dee Matthews, Assistant Hair Stylist (She/her)

Sun in Virgo, Moon in Gemini, Rising in Aquarius

Graduated from Paul Mitchell in 2021. She did not want to compromise values when it came to toxic and harmful chemicals, along with personal morals. Working under Audrey for the last 2 years, she has gained expertise in cutting and color with an emphasis on curly cuts. She loves connecting with people, providing a safe space for anyone to come to just be themselves. Her goal is not to make you beautiful but rather to show you how beautiful you are.

Mitchell Baker, Assistant Hair Stylist (He/him)

Mitchell graduated from Paul Mitchell in 2023 with an interest in becoming a texture specialist, focusing on curly cuts and color placement. He aims to create a positive and affirmative environment for all his clients, especially those who feel their hair type has been neglected in the past.
